Roasted Cauliflower is a very simple side dish recipe perfect for Passover or any time.
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 35 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 head cauliflower
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. white pepper
- 3 cloves garlic, finely minced
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Separate the cauliflower into florets, then cut each floret into 1/2" slices. Drizzle olive oil over a large baking sheet or jelly roll pan. Place cauliflower on pan and season with salt, pepper, and garlic. With your hands, toss the cauliflower in the oil and seasonings to coat.
Roast at 400 degrees F for 35-45 minutes until cauliflower is light golden brown around the edges.
