Scalloped Cabbage is a quick and easy recipe that can be served as a vegetarian main dish or a side dish.

Ingredients:
- 5 cups shredded green cabbage
- 1 (3-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon heavy cream
- 1-1/2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 (14-ounce) can diced tomatoes, drained
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine cabbage and 1 cup water in a large saucepan; bring to a boil. Cook, stirring occasionally, until cabbage is tender, about 8-9 minutes. Drain well.In medium bowl, combine cream cheese with cream and beat well. Stir in Swiss and Parmesan cheeses.
Layer cabbage, cheese mixture, and tomatoes in 2-quart glass baking dish; sprinkle each layer lightly with salt and pepper. Bake for 25-35 minutes or until dish is bubbling and hot. Serves 6
