Curried Fruit Salad is a delicious recipe perfect for showcasing fresh fruits.

Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup canola oil
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- 1/3 cup vanilla yogurt
- pinch salt
- 2 cups sliced peaches
- 2 cups sliced strawberries
- 2 cups blueberries
- 1 cup raspberries
Preparation:
In large bowl, combine oil, orange juice, curry powder, yogurt, and salt and mix well. Add all of the fruit; toss gently to coat. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. Serves 6
