Curried Fruit Salad

Curried Fruit Salad is a delicious recipe perfect for showcasing fresh fruits. Use the best fruits you can find in the market. And you can use any fruits you'd like!

Prep Time: 20 minutes

Total Time: 20 minutes

Yield: 6 servings

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1-2 teaspoons curry powder
  • 1/3 cup vanilla yogurt
  • pinch salt
  • 2 cups sliced peaches or cantaloupe balls
  • 2 cups sliced strawberries
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 1 cup raspberries

Preparation:

In large bowl, combine oil, orange juice, curry powder, yogurt, and salt and mix well. Add all of the fruit; toss gently to coat. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
