Grape and Chevre Salad

You can use other mild cheeses in this salad instead of chevre. Try Camembert or Brie or your favorite kind.

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 lb. seedless red grapes, cut in half
  • 2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
  • 4 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • dash white pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. honey mustard
  • 1 bunch butter lettuce
  • 1/2 cup crumbled chevre cheese
  • 1/2 cup toasted sliced almonds

Preparation:

Mix white wine vinegar and oil with pepper to taste and honey mustard and add grapes. Mix with torn lettuces and sprinkle with cheese and almonds. Serves 4
