This beautiful and simple salad can be made with different varieties of melons and grapes; just use your favorites or what looks best in the supermarket or farmer's market.
Prep Time: 20 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 cantaloupe, peeled, seeded, and cut into cubes or balls
- 2 cups red grapes
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup pineapple-orange juice
Preparation:
Combine cantaloupe cubes and grapes in large bowl. In small bowl, mix together mayonnaise and juice and stir to blend. Pour over fruit and refrigerate for 1-2 hours before serving. Serves 4
