Frozen Banana Salad

Just four ingredients combine to make this delicious and super easy frozen fruit salad recipe.

Total Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup pineapple-orange juice
  • 2 bananas, peeled and chopped
  • 2 nectarines or peaches, chopped
  • 1 (8-ounce) can pineapple tidbits, undrained
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Preparation:

Drain pineapple tidbits, reserving juice. Reserve 2/3 cup of the tidbits. In food processor or blender, place pineapple juice, remaining tidbits, bananas, nectarines or peaches, and cinnamon. Process until smooth.

Stir in reserved pineapple tidbits and pour into 1 cup custard cups. You can also pour this into an 8" square pan. Cover and freeze until firm, about 3-5 hours. To serve, place the cups on lettuce-lined plates, or cut salad into squares. 8 servings
