Ingredients:
- 2-1/2 Tbsp. unflavored gelatin
- 1/2 cup water
- 20-oz. can peach halves, drained, reserving juice
- 2 cups reserved peach juice
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 cup finely chopped walnuts
Preparation:
Meanwhile, mix cream cheese with mayonnaise and shape into 8-1" balls. Roll in chopped walnuts to coat. Place peach half into individual molds or custard cups and place cream cheese ball in center of each peach. Pour chilled gelatin mixture over all to fill cups. Cover and chill until firm, 2-3 hours. 8 servings
