Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. minced onion
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
- 3 cucumbers, peeled, seeded, and sliced
Preparation:
Combine sour cream and all ingredients except cucumbers in a medium bowl. Gently add cucumbers and stir to coat. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving. 6 servings
