For the holidays or any special occasion, puff pastry is a quick and easy shortcut ingredient that will dress up any menu. You can make puff pastry from scratch, but Pepperidge Farm makes a fabulous pastry that you just thaw and use. Each package contains two sheets. For best results, thaw the pastry overnight in the refrigerator. Then gently unfold each sheet and place on lightly floured surface. Roll to even out the pastry and smooth out the fold lines. Then use as directed in the recipe.
