Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring until sauce combines and thickens. Let simmer over very low heat while preparing pasta. Add 2 cups of uncooked macaroni noodles to the boiling water; stir, then cook for 6-8 minutes until almost cooked. - Let's Get Started!

- Start the Cream Sauce
- Making the Cream Sauce
- Add Green Pepper
- Drain the Beef Mixture
- Add Tomato Sauce and Paste
- Drain Pasta, Add to Cream Sauce
- Layer the Two Mixtures
- Bake and Serve!
