Grilling is unbelievably popular. Almost every other show on the Food Network is about the most popular grilled recipes, grilling and barbecue contests, and how to be the best grillmaster. These are all of the grilled recipes I've collected over the years, divided into entree, side dish, and dessert categories.

It's easy to grill succulent food if you just follow a few rules. Keep food safety in mind; grill meats to safe internal temperatures, discard leftover marinade (or boil it for 2 minutes before serving as a sauce), and never place cooked meats on the platter that held raw food. Take some time to learn all about your grill; the instruction manual will tell you how to control temperature, the best way to heat coals, and when the grill is ready to cook.

Remember to never grill indoors, even in a garage; dangerous carbon monoxide gas can build up quickly. Place your grill in a safe place, away from kids and pets, and on a nonflammable solid surface. Be careful about discarding used coals (place them in a metal container when cool), and monitor the grill until the fire is completely out.

Enjoy your grill this summer; use it to its fullest with these easy and delicious recipes.
