Chocolate Mousse Pie
This super easy chocolate mousse pie recipe uses just six ingredients.

Prep Time: 25 minutes

Cook Time: 10 minutes

Chilling time: 4 hours

Total Time: 4 hours, 35 minutes

Yield: 8 servings

Ingredients:

  • 9" baked and cooled pie shell or graham cracker crust
  • 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • pinch salt
  • 1-1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1-1/2 cups heavy cream

Preparation:

In large bowl, combine cream cheese, 1/2 cup heavy cream, and cocoa. Beat well until smooth and fluffy. Add powdered sugar, vanilla, and salt and beat until smooth. In medium bowl, beat heavy cream until stiff peaks form; fold into chocolate cream cheese mixture.

Pour into cooled pie shell. Cover and chill until firm, 4-5 hours.

This is definitely going to be my go to pie from now on. So simple to make and extremely yummy! You can also add shaved chocolate, more whipped cream, or fruit to the top to dress it up, very versatile which I love :)
