Refrigerated pie crusts changed cooking forever. Now anyone can make a wonderful pie anytime. This popular recipe can be found in almost any cookbook.

Ingredients:
- 1 refrigerated pie crust, baked and cooked
- 1 cup chocolate milk
- 2-1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
- 8 oz. milk chocolate bar, chopped
- 2 (1 oz.) squares unsweetened chocolate, chopped
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 2 Tbsp. powdered sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation:
Pour chocolate milk into large microwaveable mixing bowl. Add marshmallows, chocolate bar, and baking chocolate. Microwave 3 minutes on HIGH. Stir well. Continue cooking for 30 seconds at a time, stirring in between, until chocolate and marshmallows are melted and mixture is smooth. Be careful not to overcook. You can also melt the ingredients in a heavy saucepan over low heat, stirring frequently, until smooth.
Cool completely. Then beat well with a wire whisk or electric mixer until smooth.
In small bowl, beat whipping cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form. Fold whipped cream into cooled and beaten chocolate mixture. Pour into cooled pie crust and refrigerate until firm. Serves 8-10
