Ingredients:
- 1 9" pie crust
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 oz. square melted unsweetened chocolate, cooled
- 2 (1-oz.) squares melted semisweet chocolate, cooled
- 1-1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 pasteurized eggs
- pinch salt
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
Preparation:
Blind bake and cool 9" single pie crust. Set aside.In large bowl, cream butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Blend in chocolates, vanilla, and salt. One at a time, add eggs, beating five minutes after each addition, a total of 10 minutes.
In small bowl, combine cream with powdered sugar and beat until stiff peaks form. Fold into chocolate mixture. Pour filling into pie shell and chill 4 hours before serving. 8 servings
