Use any combination of fresh berries to top this easy dessert pie recipe; whatever looks good in the market. To make this recipe with just five ingredients, use Cookie Pie Crust in place of this crust, or use a purchased graham cracker pie crust.

Ingredients:
- 1-1/4 cups flour
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 cup lemon curd
- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups fresh berries
- 2 Tbsp. strawberry jelly
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine flour, butter, brown sugar and egg in a large bowl and mix until dough forms. Press mixture evenly over bottom and sides of a 9" tart pan. Bake for 12-15 minutes until light golden brown. Cool crust completely.
Beat lemon curd and cream cheese in a medium bowl until smooth. Spread over cooled crust. Refrigerate at least 1 hour until slightly firm. Just before serving, arrange berries on pie. Heat jelly in small saucepan just until melted. Carefully spoon over berries to glaze. 8 servings
