Lemon Berry Tart


Use any combination of fresh berries to top this easy dessert pie recipe for Lemon Berry Tart; whatever looks good in the market.

Prep Time: 25 minutes

Cook Time: 14 minutes

Total Time: 39 minutes

Yield: 8 servings


  • 1-1/2 cups flour
  • 2/3 cup butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup lemon curd
  • 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 Tbsp. powdered sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. grated lemon zest
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 3 Tbsp. strawberry jelly


Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine flour, butter, brown sugar and egg in a large bowl and mix until dough forms. Press mixture over bottom and sides of a 9" tart pan with a removable bottom. Bake for l14-16 minutes until the crust is light golden brown. Cool crust completely on wire rack.

Combine lemon curd, cream cheese, powdered sugar, lemon juice, and lemon zest in a medium bowl. Beat with electric mixture until smooth. Spread over cooled crust. Refrigerate at least 1 hour until slightly firm.

Just before serving, arrange berries on pie. Heat jelly in small saucepan just until melted. Carefully spoon over berries to glaze.
