Peanut Butter Chocolate Cookie Pie

Peanut Butter Chocolate Cookie Pie is a delicious and super easy dessert recipe that uses peanut butter cookie dough for the crust.

Prep Time: 20 minutes

Cook Time: 15 minutes

Total Time: 35 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 (18-ounce) package refrigerated peanut butter cookie dough
  • 1-1/4 cups peanut butter
  • 3 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips, chopped
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Break cookie dough into pieces and place in bottom of 10" springform pan. Press evenly to form a crust. Bake for 15 to 19 minutes until light golden brown. Cool completely.

In large bowl, combine peanut butter and softened butter and beat until smooth. Alternately, beat in powdered sugar and milk until smooth. Then stir in chopped chocolate chips. Spoon and spread over peanut butter crust.

In small microwave-safe bowl, combine milk chocolate chips, 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips, and peanut butter. Microwave on medium power for 2 minutes, then remove and stir. Continue microwaving for 30 second intervals on high power until melted and smooth. Pour over peanut butter filling. Refrigerate until set. Store, covered, in refrigerator. Serves 12
