Ingredients:
- 1 (18-ounce) package refrigerated peanut butter cookie dough
- 1-1/4 cups peanut butter
- 3 tablespoons butter, softened
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips, chopped
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
Preparation:
In large bowl, combine peanut butter and softened butter and beat until smooth. Alternately, beat in powdered sugar and milk until smooth. Then stir in chopped chocolate chips. Spoon and spread over peanut butter crust.
In small microwave-safe bowl, combine milk chocolate chips, 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips, and peanut butter. Microwave on medium power for 2 minutes, then remove and stir. Continue microwaving for 30 second intervals on high power until melted and smooth. Pour over peanut butter filling. Refrigerate until set. Store, covered, in refrigerator. Serves 12
