Sherbet Fruit Pie

This simple five ingredient recipe is a delicious make ahead dish perfect for company in summer. A melon scoop is an essential kitchen tool.

Prep Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 graham cracker pie curst
  • 1 quart rainbow sherbet, softened
  • 1 cup frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1/2 cup cantaloupe balls
  • 1/2 cup honeydew melon balls

Preparation:

Spread softened sherbet in pie crust. Cover and freeze for 2 hours. When ready to serve, spread whipped topping over sherbet and top with the fresh fruit. Serves 6-8
