If you cook a turkey breast in the crockpot, you can use the drippings to make gravy. Pour about 1/2 cup into the crockpot, using a spatula to remove browned bits from the sides and bottom. Pour everything into the saucepan, skim fat if necessary (there won't be much) and add chicken broth or turkey broth to equal about 5 cups. Finally, add a flour slurry as directed in My Mother's Turkey Gravy, boil, and salt to taste.
