If the weather is nice, be sure to eat outdoors at least once and have at least one picnic. I think that eating outdoors is the thing I miss most during the winter. We have a screened-in porch at the back of the house surrounded by gardens. A fountain in a tiny pond burbles while the birds sing and bees hum in the flowers. This weekend I'm going to take advantage of that porch!
Enjoy these lazy summer weekends with your family and friends; they're over too soon. These recipes will make sure you can spend more time with them and less time in the kitchen!
