The hot, lazy days of summer are upon us now, with thunderstorms, bright sunshine, and easy living. So let's spend this weekend enjoying summer through easy recipes that showcase fresh produce.

For a weekend, it's always nice to have foods in the fridge and freezer you can just pull out and serve. Then, foods which are partially prepared ahead of time and just need a few finishing touches are next on the list.
