Cold Pea Soup

Cold Pea Soup

Linda Larsen
No cook sandwiches and soups are the perfect choice for easy and cool lunches and dinners. These quick and easy recipes feature the fruits and vegetables of the season. You can vary them any way you'd like. For instance, use camembert cheese in place of the Brie in Brie Peach Sandwiches, or use apricots or mangoes instead of peaches. Substitute chopped ham for the chicken in Chicken Tomato Wraps, or use smoked turkey in the Cold Ham Sandwich Pizza. Enjoy!
