Desserts are an integral part of meals. Sure, you don't need a dessert when you're making everyday meals for your family. But entertaining and the holiday season demand desserts. Pies are wonderful desserts because they're easy to make (especially if you use a prepared pie crust) and are loved by all. These ten pie recipes are some of my favorites. You'll love them too!

This fabulous recipe is one of my all time favorites. It originally used raw egg whites, so I changed that to make it safe. It's creamy, rich, light, velvety, and smooth. In other words, perfection!
