By , About.com Guide

Instead of making the Pineapple Chutney, you could use a purchased mango chutney or any other flavor of chutney to serve with the grilled turkey tenderloins.

Prep Time: 25 minutes

Cook Time: 40 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 recipe Pineapple Chutney
  • 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 2 Tbsp. orange juice
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. white pepper
  • 2 (3/4 lb.) fresh turkey tenderloins

Preparation:

Prepare Pineapple Chutney and set aside, or purchase any flavor of chutney.

In small bowl stir together butter, orange juice, garlic, salt, and pepper. Brush over turkey. Place turkey on grill. Cook, turning and brushing frequently with garlic mixture, until turkey is tender and no longer pink (20-25 minutes). Discard any remaining butter mixture. Serve with the chutney. 6 servings
