I did this recipe for a Holiday Potluck. This was the hit of the party. The turkey didn't even need a knife to be carved, we managed with a dull plastic pie serving wedge... ha! I used Lemon Juice as I had read in a previous review. Pomegranite was suggested, and I might try it tomorrow. I am off for the Holiday already, and she has to work. This recipe was so delicious, she needs to try for herself! For the mustard, I used a regular dijon, even though I am partial to spicy brown. Regular dijon is likely the proper choice in this application. There was also a dash or two of a peppercorn medley over the dijon coating, prior to starting the crock pot.
