My favorite breakfast is
- a dish of oatmeal made with a half cup of raisens, one half teaspoon of ground cinnamon and a half teaspoon of nutmeg. Stir some brown sugar into your bowl then splash some milk in your bowl Then dig in. yum yum. Oh yeah, eat it with a lightly toasted English muffin, and drink some hot coffee. Enjoy.

- My favorite breakfast is an onion frittata sided with little sausages, ham slice and bacon, hash browns. With a tall cold glass of orange juice! So delicious!

Strawberry English Muffin
- Toast an English muffin and spread lightly with butter, sugar, and cinnamon. Place whole strawberries on top, tip up. Sprinkle with shredded jack cheese. Put under broiler until cheese is melted.

Protein!
- Some protein really makes breakfast last until lunch. I like eating a couple of hard boiled eggs or some really plain chicken salad, made with mayo and some shredded vegetables. Add a muffin or some graham crackers and oj and I'm set for the day.
